Acceptable use policy
Vega Ventures, LLC · Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated October 6, 2026Private beta. Echo opened as an invite-only private beta on October 6, 2026. Today it offers email sign-in, workspaces, team roles and invites, and adding sites. Sections about AI engine reads, credits and payments, the API, MCP server and CLI, reports, alerts, integrations, white label and analytics describe features that aren’t available yet; they apply once a feature launches, and we’ll update this page when it does. Nothing is charged during the beta.
Echo reads AI engines on your behalf. Using it responsibly keeps access open for everyone. You may not use Echo to:
- Break the law or help others do so, including privacy, consumer protection, export and sanctions laws.
- Track people. Prompts must be about brands, products, organizations, topics or public figures in their public role, not private individuals.
- Generate harmful content: prompts designed to get engines to produce hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, violent extremism, or instructions for serious harm.
- Abuse AI engines or data providers: attempt to jailbreak them, extract their training data or system prompts, or get around their rate limits, usage policies or terms through Echo.
- Manipulate engines deceptively: use Echo's data to run coordinated fake reviews, spam networks, or other schemes meant to deceive AI engines or their users.
- Misrepresent brands: track or report on a brand in a way meant to pass off as that brand, or white-label Echo under a brand or domain you don't have rights to.
- Attack the Service: probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission (report issues to paris@enokseo.com), overload it, or access other workspaces.
- Scrape or resell Echo's data or raw engine access as a competing product. Agencies may report to their clients under their plan.
- Share accounts or keys outside your workspace, or create accounts to avoid limits, suspensions or free-checker limits.
- Upload unlawful material: logos or content you don't have rights to, malware, or sensitive personal data.
- Launder or evade through payments: use Echo's crypto or agent payment options to move funds, evade sanctions, or pay with funds you know are from crime.
